教学目的及要求：人体解剖与组织胚胎学系的主要研究方向为生殖医学和神经科学，我们的专业外语主要针对这两个方向开展。通过本课程的学习，培养学生阅读和理解与本专业相关的英语资料的能力，提高英语水平和专业素养。具体要求：
1.词汇和语法:在已有基础英语的基础上，掌握殖医学和神经科学相关的专业词汇和常用技术术语，对重点词汇能正确拼写。掌握基本的英语语法规则，能正确运用所学的语法知识。
2.阅读:掌握课程所涉及专业领域的英语表达方式，能读懂理解文章所要表达的基本内容，逐步的、由浅入深地接触一些较新的殖医学和神经科学信息，能借助词典读懂难度与课程相当的专业资料和材料，能把握和理解主要内容。
3.翻译:能借助词典将各自课题的相关文献翻译成汉语，理解正确，译文达意。

课程简介:
本课程旨在通过精心设计的专业英语的讲授、专业文献的翻译以及专业文献的英语汇报，激发学生学习英语的兴趣，帮助学生实现英语听说能力的提高和突破，掌握基本的医学英语书写规范。从而，培养能用英语进行跨文化沟通的高层次应用型人才。
